4) Polysaturated Fat: 58gm per 100gm of Soyabean Oil
5) Triglycerides (Polyunsaturated Fat): 25gm per 100gm of Soyabean Oil
6) Alpha linolenic Acid: 7-10%
7) Linoleic Acid: 51%
8) Monounsaturate Oleic Acid: 23%
9) Stearic Acid: 4%
10) Palmitic Acid: 10%
The Production of Soyabean oil is done in various steps. At first, The Soyabean are cracked and adjusted for moisture content. After getting moisturised these are heated at a temperature between 60-88°C. After that, they are rolled into flakes, and the formed solvent is extracted with alkanes (hexanes). The formed oil is then refined, hydrogenated and then blended for different applications.
